​In line with its philosophy, the Netanya Municipality operates a system of face-to-face and online services including a wide range of services for the municipality’s residents and clients, including:

The Municipal Hotline (106)

The Hotline operates and is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offers solutions for issues enforced by the Municipality, such as security and sanitation hazards, animals on the loose, and traffic and transportation dangers.

Residents’ Service Center

The Netanya Municipality operates a new and advanced face-to-face Service Center for the city’s residents, where you can meet (by prior appointment) with service representatives regarding a range of issues: public inquiries, freedom of information, parking permits, and resident’s cards. Appointme​nts can be made simply and effectively through the appointment syste​m​.

In addition, the center has self-service positions available for municipal services, and a government digital service center to provide various government services without waiting on line or being dependent on the center’s representatives.

Public inquiries and complaints unit

The unit links between the city’s residents, both business owners and customers in general, and the professional municipal units. Each inquiry is dealt with understanding of the residents’ needs, and commitment to a quick and successful solution. 

Digital payments

A wide variety of payments can be made online on the municipality website for city services, such as city taxes, payment for education, dog licenses, and parking permits.
