The help is given by a team including a social worker, people who speak various languages to accompany families, and other staff members.The services provided by the unit include: individual and group parental guidance, help in exercising rights, in-person accompanying people when going to government and other offices, help with filling out forms, providing a listening ear and a helping hand, individual therapy, referral to treatment in the Center for Prevention of Violence, lectures on a variety of topics, and financial aid.
