Announcement - Designing Adloyada in Netanya

The Netanya Cultural Center Association is calling artists/teachers wishing to participate in an Adloyada design workshop. The workshop will be held between 13-14 of November 2013, hosted by Dr. Annie Sidro a counselor and director carnivals around the world, and Ms. Francoise Isaac, a carnival costume designer from Nice – France.
