Herzl Beach is adjacent to Amphi Beach. Herzl Street runs to Ha'azmaut Square and from there continues right onto the beach.
Recently the beach had an addition in the form of a restaurant named after an island in Thailand, the "Kofifee Restaurant." Here you can find chairs sprawled on the golden sands, palm trees and bamboo parasols. Events are also organized there.
There are sports facilities at the beach, including a football fields, volleyball and basketball.
The beach is also accessible through the Sea Elevator or by parking on the northern side of Sironit Beach.
The promenade in the area is newly constructed and is stunningly beautiful. It also provides handicap accessibility practically to the water line.
The lifeguard station opens at 08:30 in the morning and closes half an hour before sunset.
