Get your Dog Licensed and Vaccinated for 2009
The City of Netanya reminds everyone to get a dog license for 2008 and to vaccinate dogs for rabies. In an effort to prevent rabies the municipality treats the subject with gravity
If you own a dog, you must get an annual license to keep it. The auxiliary law dealing with dog supervision and rabies states that everyone must vaccinate their dog for rabies once they have reached the age of three months. After that, the dog must be vaccinated annually.
To be licensed, your dog must carry an electronic chip. Any veterinarian can give you one of those.
You can get your dog license and vaccination all year long at the Veterinary Services, 12 Harakav Street at the old Industrial Area (near the Ort School).
