The Call Center is your hotline for all the emergencies and city hazards. The call Center is available to provide you with information, and serve as a pipeline to report your concerns, problems, and any issues relevant to the city.

The Call Center transfers your call to the Municipality's Executive Unit, and also monitors how your case is being handled.

The Call Center is at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the entire year.

You can contact the Call Center with any safety and environmental issues, or anything else that concerns you, such as:

• pot holes / uneven pavements
• health hazards – garbage, dead animals
• stray animals
• lighting
• traffic hazards and road safety
• tature hazards
• fallen trees and collapsed structures
• floods and other dangerous situations
